I'm Rob Frasca. Naval Aviator, founder of thirteen companies, and a builder inside every platform shift since 1994. Today I build the trust layer for agent commerce, regulated infrastructure for tokenized capital, and leaders ready for both.
Infrastructure, then consolidation, then regulation, then scale. I have watched that sequence play out with the internet, with AI and with digital assets.

I served as a US Navy Lieutenant and Naval Aviator. I flew eighteen tactical jet combat missions in Operation Desert Storm.
Aviation taught me to decide with incomplete information and to own the outcome. The OODA loop came with me into every company I built. Observe. Orient. Decide. Act. Then do it again faster.

I launched Galt Technologies while at Carnegie Mellon. We built what we believe was the internet's first financial service. Intuit acquired it in 1995.
WiseWire put AI personalization in front of consumers. Lycos acquired it, and I became VP and GM. I ran more than 25 products and 350 people, and grew that P&L from $75M to $135M.
As early-stage CEO of Affinnova, I used evolutionary algorithms to predict what people would choose. Nielsen acquired it. As CPO of Vivox, I helped put real-time voice inside games. Unity acquired it. One product I helped bring to market reached more than 100 million users.

I co-founded COSIMO Digital with Ciaran Hynes. It is a fully integrated digital asset firm. We launched COSIMO X in 2019, the first tokenized evergreen venture fund.
We didn't talk about tokenization. We ran a fund on it. Tokenization only matters if it survives regulators and balance sheets.

Two shifts arrive together. AI gives software judgment, but its decisions are opaque. Blockchain gives software proof, but it cannot judge whether a transaction is wise. Combined, they make a decision that can be verified.
AI is the intelligence layer. Blockchain is the settlement layer. The value sits where they meet.
Payment protocols for agents already exist. Trust does not. Merchants either accept agents blindly or inspect the buyer's entire wallet. This isn't a crypto problem. It is a commerce problem.
